Fostering discipline
Accept that you’re going to hate it… still, you have to do it.
Truth is that you will not love things everyday, but you will love things that makes you one day.
Truth is you don't gonna love process everyday, sometimes yes but everytime, no.
Here is an anecdote for this
When you starts to learn sitar, fingers hurts and bleeds but it keeps in shape with strings and you love the sitar playing despite hurting after every session.
How?
Just do it. Because in the long run, you’ll love yourself for doing it.
But what about burnout?
Don’t rest static — rest hard.
When you rest, do it with intent. Move your body, change your pace, not your purpose.
Resting doesn’t mean lying down and doing nothing; it means shifting energy, not killing it.
Run. Cook. Clean. Think.
Do anything except the thing you’re burned out from — but do it actively.
That’s how you rest without breaking your rhythm.
I know it's like cutting yourself just in one day but it ain't so.
Slowly slowly and continuously show discipline and foster it...but consistently...like studying even 2 hours daily...despite hating it.
Be somewhat stoic , acche Mann aur bure se door hatao, be empty in mind and then study.
Do it, because you have to do it...no matter of question of Mann lag raha h ya nhi .bina soche samjhe padho. Have an empty mind.
Have consistency..zero days holiday.
और अगर हो गया सब कुछ बर्बाद
फिर से बना लूंगा सब कुछ , BC.
