There are 4 shifts in a day ...and each shift will give 500 rupees..and each shift is 2 hour long. 

There are 4 public holidays in a month ..means 16 shifts are allowed to use as holiday or break ...and there are 2 casual paid leaves...means 8 more paid vacant shifts 
And there are 12 emergency paid leaves , that means 1 day in a month means 4 paid shift leaves ...

And it will give you total 48,000 thousand rupees and if you got all this ...you get 8,000 as public holidays and 4,000 more as casual paid shifts ....thus 60,000 as your final salary with 1 day off as bonus.


And this shift is studying.

reduce it to 1/100th ...i.e. 600 rupees salary . And it is payable.which i must pay myself.

it will get incentive, rewards , promotion and will be update time to time.
