Acceptance and idolisation
Want to change any habit, don't know what to do and how to do.
Accept it first of all. If it occuring to you there has to some reason.
Why Acceptance is the best form of intelligence.
Allow yourself to do without any guilt , without any shame.
Eg. If you feel too much lust , or you feel to jerk off a lot, allow yourself to jerk off without any limit or shame z and once you do that you would understand the nature of lust .
If you scroll reels too much , allow yourself to scroll reels and do it without shame and guilt .
If you think a lot, allow yourself to think.
If you allow yourself, you would see yourself who you truly are then these habits which bothers you alot will go away eventually.
Kyunki agar kisi cheez ki bhukh hai, toh woh uss cheez ka khaa kar hi puri hogi... Nothing else or bs.
As idolisation also go away.
Guilt often comes from idolisation. Let it go.
Let be you what you truly are from inside.
Then you would understand that it's okay.
Then the overwhelming emotion or urge will go away.
It is very tried and tested.
Don't idolise yourself because idolisation makes you fake from inside.
But but but
There’s a subtle but crucial difference:
❌ “I’ll binge because I accept myself”
✅ “I won’t hate myself for wanting to binge”
That's why I say acceptance is the best form of intelligence.
Discipline starts when inner conflict ends.
