padhne main mann nahi lagta ?

i know many rational thoughts behind studying. such that 99 reasons to know why studying is important ...and studying is indispensable ...think study as a job ...there is no alternative to study...i have to study..दुनिया में रहना है तो काम कर प्यारे ..काम तो करना ही पड़ेगा...you have to complete your dreams...poetries se ghar nahi chalta ...a great author still pending bills...padhai important hai..but still padhne ka mann nahi hain .

Kya mere khwab khwab hi reh jayenge?

Kya mere khwab ka main khud dushman hun ?

Kya mujhe bilkul bhi social validation nhi chahiye?

Kya main apne zone main itna comfortable ho gya hun ki padh nhi paa raha ?

don't be guilt about the fact that you are not going to studying rather wasting time on other thing...think it as recharging yourself or just purely being human. an you must never do 100 percent effort ..leave it to 80 percent....leave somethings for the next day..never complete the day. just think about studying for next 5 min. study ...no big goals nothing else..complete zero goals for the day ..have empty mind...zero thinking about results. No expectations about anything....kill the expectations...have befikri...And even no big procedure in mind And no big targets. Just study.

since effectiveness beats efficiency..though i don't believe it completely beacuse i don't have any results..still i am trusting it ..beacuse it stays atleast somewhat in my favour 

the first thing that you can do is stay away from phone, youtube shorts or any insta reel, or any youtube video.

yes, you can call people or play any small game.

Yes music is allowed.

the second thing that you can do is change the subject, change the place, change the method of studying, make notes, revise, read, learn new, watch video/lectures..attend pyqs or mocks.

if you have anything on your mind do it...beacuse jis cheez ki bhukh ho...woh bhukh usse pakar hi puri hoti hai..

Shun your self importance here...and enjoy for sometime without guilt...because it can't be helped...and then study again.

if you have emotional something....write it... 

do everything what your mind wants, talk to someone , take a scooty ride, go somewhere, read some poetry , write something , ... then return back as soon as possible.

i call these little momemts ...and these are temporary ones.

accept that ...it is your life and it functions as it has to be..which is out of your control sometimes.

perfect mood kabhi nhi aata to study... it always be like that.

It's very difficult to remain excited for a long term ...and that's why I chose weekly targets...

And what if I don't complete my weekly targets...

Mujhe bura lagega ...and if I remain unaffected  

Remember this time won't come again...respect and value your time.

There is a thought that it is not enough...like itni mehnat se kuch nhi ho payega ...I have to do more...but bro if I can't be happy while doing it...what is the point of chasing it.

Don't do how much you must...but do what you can do happily and willingly.

And there is no need to change your personallity for an exam... enjoy the things that you like without thinking about guilt. Don't think about big targets and big results everytime.. because if you are not happy..there is no meaning in it....but I will be happy if I be putting my 100 percent efforts everyday....and thats why i am saying don't chase happiness . do at max 80 percent and fuck happiness.

rather than happiness ...there must be contentment because happiness like sugar rush , it crashes you next day and there is no limit to happiness... you have to be emotionally stable ...nor too happy everyday, neither too sad everyday, its like somedays as blue moon ...but one should not chase happiness.

But what about future? 

future is what will i do today, not what i think today about future.

Never think about future...do what you want today ...and never seize the day...leave some things for the next day.

now lets think about 2 possibilities of the exam 

1. you ace the exam..everything good but it is still a momentarily happiness.

2. you lose the exam ...feels bad but still a momentarily sadness

so the thing that actual matter is how you spend your days without even thinking or putting pressure of a single moment.

thats why i say, enjoy the day as you want , never complete the day and live not for that one moment rather how you must live your life.


but log daatenge agar main fail ho gya to? 

log taarif bhi karenge agar maine apni maan kar apne liye results laaye to.

people don't have personal thing with me, they just want result..thats why don't take it personal.

......

CASE : 

Kabhi kabhi aisa scene hota hai Jab padhne ka time ho tab Mann nhi karta aur agar kahin jaana pad jaaye toh guilt hone lagta hai ki padhai nhi ho rahi jabki uss time main padh bhi nhi raha tha ya pdhunga bhi nahi.

solution : first of all, if you are preparing for cse...its very normal to lose excitement for a long term goal. that's why i choose to fall for weekly targets.

and the next thing that hit you is boredom

for that, you need a structure, a daily routine.

and here what people do as i did, we make the whole day routine as always full day 100 % efficient.

just make sure that a normal loose routine is needed as it kills boredom or help in doing so.

and you make sure that you will never did 100 % in a day, do it occasionally. do 80 % daily 

and the guilt of not studying 24 by 7 stems from the bias that one who is preparing for upsc cse must study 24 by 7 ...and also you see it through people perspective.

so first thing, you don't matter to people so much ...drop this bias ...and the another thing to study all the time , is actually counterproductive.

agar harr samay padhne ki sochoge, toh kisi bhi time nhi padh paoge.

rather study on daily basis apart from studying the whole day. study in sessions.

think about your study as part of your day not the complete day itself.

and sometimes it okay to not study if there is no mood as i call them little moments. and just make sure to avoid insta reels or youtube shorts or youtube videos on phone. stay detached from these things.

and here you can enjoy things, which your brain allows you. not the extreme level entertainment.
