no work is easy

and at the same time , no work is hard.

why i said no work is easy ...lets elaborate this 

while dealing with any sort of work, our mind tries to escape to a easy work...but if you stretch the work too much ...the fun element...the easy element ...will vanish away.

for eg. 

1. you think its easy to scroll reels rather studying... then scroll reels for next 24 hours...you will be drained out and will eventually start hating the reels and then somehow the easy thing that you thought about reels will vanish away...the fun of reels vanish away...it starts to feel very difficult to even scroll for 1 min. more

2. you want to pursue along term goal related to studies....you think or you like to study...if you start to study all the time or rather say you study even at that time when you generally want to study it...there was fun in studying but somehow it fades away...and now the thing you like feels too much heavy. 

thats why it is recommended to study in time blocks even of 10 min.

thats why it is recommended to change subjects ...

thats why it is recommended to have a time dedicated specifically for no studying at all

because its not a matter of time...its matter of perseverance, patience ...and ability to deal with boredom

...even if you say that the problem is boredom...you have to sustain...some days are of low motivation, some are high ..some subjects interest you a lot ...some subjects don't interest you so much...

and even if you study all what you have interest...you will find a sort of dullness.....that's why it is necessary to change the subjects.

and same goes with boredom...if you bored with any subject..but you have to study it ...you can deal it with blocks even of 10 min..study and then took a little pause..and then again study,..and then change the subject...

all you have to build a rhythm..

thats why i am saying no work is tough, no work is easy ...all you have to build a rhythm 

and if you follow it ...its just a matter of time , you will all get what you want ...sooner or later
