Mood and sleep

Sleep: My Mood Stabilizer

Sleep is the single biggest factor behind a stable mood. It influences both the mind and the body, which is why getting enough quality sleep naturally improves emotional balance. For me, fixing my sleep schedule is the foundation that supports everything else.

Rules

1. Go to bed early.
2. Wake up early.
3. Stop using my phone after dinner unless it is necessary.
4. Keep my phone away from my bed while sleeping.
5. Use my phone only for essential tasks like calls. Avoid unnecessary screen time.
6. take power nap, if required , not more than 1 hour.

These rules are not restrictions. They are anchors that keep my mood stable and make my daily routine easier to maintain.

A Reminder

Studying late into the night may help you win today's battle, but you'll lose the war if it ruins tomorrow. One productive night is never worth sacrificing several unproductive days.

Principle

Consistency is built on recovery.

Take your sleep seriously, not your "serious sleep deprivation."

A well-rested mind learns better, thinks more clearly, and stays emotionally steady. Everything else becomes easier when sleep comes first.
